I got this message on Yelp a few days ago.
For like 10 minutes, I was speechless.
As a Yelp business owner, I contacted with my suppliers and none of them have the screen yet, so I replied the truth back.
As a people who works in phone repair industry, I like this kind of costumers. They will always crack their phone and always go to fix it immediately.
I also felt sorry his/her new phone cracked.
